The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 112,320.00 USD - 147,420.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the team powering SC Johnson's Lifestyle brands! Based in San Francisco and reporting to the Manager, Demand Planning, the Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the demand strategy for a dynamic portfolio of products.

In this highly visible role, you'll own the development, evaluation, and management of the demand forecast-turning data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You'll be at the center of our Sales & Operations Planning and Execution cycles, communicating forecast trends, influencing crossfunctional partners, and ensuring the organization is equipped with an accurate, actionable demand signal.

You'll also serve as a key steward of our Kinaxis RapidResponse system-maintaining inputs, improving data quality, and leveraging the tool to better anticipate risks, opportunities, and shifts in the marketplace.

Success in this role requires strong partnership across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, as well as a growing ability to interpret forecast outputs to support decisionmaking in an increasingly dynamic and fastmoving environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with field sales partners, gathering insights into customer trends, promotional plans, and new distribution to inform and challenge the demand forecast.

  • Work with key stakeholders to represent shortterm forecast changes within longrange plans, ensuring alignment across planning horizons.

  • Communicate and present forecast changes with clear data drivers, assumptions, and implications, gaining collective buyin from crossfunctional partners through a consensus process.

  • Evaluate forecast outputsby identifying volatility, risks, and opportunities in partnership with supply planning.

  • Conduct rootcause analysis of forecast error and bias, linking insights to corrective actions and continuous improvement.

  • Support scenario evaluation and tradeoff discussionsto help partners understand demand ranges and potential impacts.

  • Champion AI/ML forecasting technology and digital planning tools to drive efficiencies, improve forecast quality, and enable faster, higherquality decisions.

  • Maintain demand planning master data and planning system integrity to support reliable forecasting and reporting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, or Inventory Management, or a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present databased recommendations and influence crossfunctional partners.

  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret results and connect root causes to KPI improvement.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, growth environment, navigating ambiguity and changing assumptions

  • Experience working with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse).

  • Endtoend supply chain knowledge, with the ability to consider downstream implications of demand decisions.

  • Comfort working with evolving digital tools and analytics to support planning and decisionmaking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday

  • Office work environment: San Francisco, CA office

  • Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period

  • Travel requirement: 10%

  • Domestic relocation assistance is not available for this position
