JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop automated test equipment (ATE) and processes for new technology and manufacturing applications.
* Provide management coverage for program meetings, proposal efforts, and test engineering initiatives.
* Design and develop mixed signal circuits, test vehicles, test chips, and test structures.
* Develop functional test systems for electronic transmitters and other products.
* Collaborate with internal product engineering, program management, quality engineering, customer design, software engineering, and related teams.
* Provide technical leadership to the test engineering team, develop personnel, and meet program/project objectives.
* Manage, support, and perform failure analysis activities.
* Act as a customer interface for technical discussions supporting existing customers and new business development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* Minimum of 8 years professional/post-college experience in electronics or test engineering.
* Strong technical background with the ability to lead engineering and development projects.
* Familiarity with test equipment, including oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
* Experience with VXI Functional Test Station development and In-Circuit Test development.
* Proficiency in LabVIEW, Visual Basic, or other test development software.
* Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, DVT/Qualification, and Design for Testability requirements.
* Experience with environmental testing such as thermal cycling, vibration, and humidity.
* Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
* Automated test equipment (ATE) development.
* Functional and mixed signal test systems.
* Test engineering team leadership and mentorship.
* Failure analysis and root cause investigation.
* Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, program management, and quality.

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Aerospace test engineering experience.
* Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience.
* Test development for high-reliability or severe environment products.
* Mechanical testing experience.
* HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) testing experience.
