  • Build self-service reporting solutions that achieve rapid adoption and advocacy across the business, enabling impactful data-driven decisions.

  • Develop time-saving automated reports for recurring accounting and finance workflows, including revenue compliance, variance reporting, and deferred revenue waterfall analyses.

Data Engineering & Modeling

  • Build and maintain SQL views, stored procedures, and data tables to support reliable, single-source-of-truth reporting across multiple business domains.

  • Transform and shape data using Power Query and other ETL methodologies to prepare datasets for analysis and visualization.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across all reporting deliverables.

Financial & Business Analysis

  • Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis-including recurring revenue models, headcount planning, and P&L reporting.

  • Develop and maintain revenue forecast models utilizing bottoms-up approaches, targeting variance rates within quarterly and multi-quarter horizons.

  • Work with Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite to support financial planning processes and reporting.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate directly with director-level and senior leadership to understand key metrics and business priorities, translating requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

  • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and data systems, presenting complex analyses clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Manage data validation and migration projects involving CRM systems (Salesforce), ERP platforms, and legacy data sources as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, business intelligence, or a closely related role.

  • Proficient in SQL (SQL Server preferred) - ability to write and optimize queries, views, stored procedures, and data models.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (including Power Query / DAX) and/or Tableau for enterprise reporting and visualization.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to build reports that earn leadership trust and drive meaningful business decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with director- and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, OneStream or Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Background in FP&A with exposure to recurring revenue modeling, headcount planning, or P&L management.

  • Experience working in a multi-segment or matrixed enterprise environment.

  • Experience with data migration, CRM data validation, or M&A-related data integration projects.
