Responsibilities

As the Social Media and Digital Content Manager at Travel Leaders Network - You will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of all of our consumer, advisor and B2B social and digital channels in the US and Canada. You'll work closely across a team of content creators, designers, writers, performance marketing, technology and other departments providing direction, thought leadership, guidance, and support that drives desired results across all social media platforms. You'll play a strong role in the visual storytelling across all social and digital platforms including content creation, videography, photography, on the street interviews, content writing and more. What You'll Do

    Drive Organic Social Strategy, Growth and Development across all digital and social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn as well as Blog and other website content.
  • Spot Trends, Drive Insights: Lead trendspotting and social listening to translate cultural insights into strategic opportunities that drive performance
  • Own Performance & Optimization: Set performance tracking goals, analyze data, and work with the team to continue to optimize and grow channel performance.
  • Champion Social Across Organization: Share insights, educate staff and advisors, be an advocate for social media's strategic value within the business.
  • Identify content strategies that reflect our brand identity, voice and persons while also incorporating individual product demographics, etc.. across all social and digital content.
  • Social Media Strategy and Visual Storytelling: Blend hands-on content creation while utilizing data-driven insights to craft and manage comprehensive social media content strategies that drive growth, engagement and leads across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube for Social Media Programs in the US and Canada as well as Travel Leaders consumer facing social media channels.
  • Develop & Conceptualize visual story lines that sell not only the destination or experience but highlight the value of a travel advisor every step of the way
  • Produce & Shoot Photo & Video Content at meetings, events and in destination. In this role you should enjoy creating a vision for the storylines you'd like to tell while working closely with other teams in marketing and creative as well as external partners and travel advisors to coach them along the way providing direction and re-assurance in order to produce high quality end-product. This role may include some post-production editing depending on experience.
  • Deliver & Reformat Content for non-social marketing channels
  • Define, Develop and Execute YouTube strategy for the business including B2B & B2C
  • Establish Ai strategies into all content creation aspects with dedicated investment in the growth of the business in this space for all things social and digital
  • Thought Leadership: Work hand-in-hand across Paid & Organic Social and Digital to assist the team in troubleshooting, brainstorming and ideation. From Social, Digital, Google, Analytics and more, you are sure to become a valuable resource to the team to assist in a wide variety of other projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • 6+ years in social media marketing and digital content, content creation with a strong track record in visual storytelling and content creation
  • 4-Year Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field
  • Strong understanding of how Search and Ai interact with Social and Digital content
  • Strong expertise in content creation, community management, analytics, performance with additional expertise with design tools such as Adobe CC Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro
  • Videography and Videography Experience with professional camera systems (Nikon, Canon, Fuji, etc..)
  • Hands-On knowledge and experience working with lighting and audio equipment
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills + attention to detail
  • Hyper-Organized, self-motivated, big picture thinker that works well independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to constructively direct talent and crew
  • Willingness to collaborate, adapt and creatively solve problems
  • Desire to stay ahead of social trends, keep up-to-date with latest camera, lighting and content creation equipment
  • Able to travel up to 15% both domestically and internationally
