Responsibilities

The Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products that support patient access, engagement, recovery, and operational excellence across Hazelden Betty Ford. This role blends business strategy, user insights, and crossfunctional leadership to deliver products that achieve measurable outcomes and align with enterprise priorities.

Every member of the product team will strive to amplify human connection through designing, building and managing intelligent digital experiences, guided by our HALO strategy: Human centered design, Access without friction, Lifelong engagement, and Outcomes that transform lives.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Define product vision, prioritize opportunities, and maintain a clear multirelease roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with UX, engineering, clinical leaders, marketing, and analytics to deliver highvalue features.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Analyze product performance, track KPIs, and lead datadriven improvements.
  • Product Research & Discovery: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and concept testing to validate new opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, computer science, product management, project management or related field.
  • Advanced degree or formal product training a plus.
  • 4-7 years product management or closely related experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of shipped digital products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or missiondriven organizations.

  • Expertise in Agile product delivery.

  • Familiarity with patient journey mapping, accessibility principles, and clinical workflows.

  • Experience with vendor management and digital platform integrations.

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar credential.
