JOB SUMMARY The Claims and Legal Operations Manager will support the SPX Legal Department with the management of claims and litigation matters as well as daytoday legal operations activities. Management of claims and litigation matters includes, but is not limited to, supporting SPX attorneys in the management and organization of claims or litigation matters, coordinating with appropriate SPX business unit personnel in the gathering of data, the transfer of data to outside counsel or external experts, and communicating with thirdparty claims representatives, outside counsel, SPX Risk Management, insurance broker representatives, and other service providers. Legal operations activities include partnering with members of the SPX Legal Department to improve how legal services are delivered across the organization and to optimize use of various tools associated with the delivery of such services. Legal Operations will focus on driving efficiency, cost control, process improvement, technology enablement, and datadriven decisionmaking throughout the Legal Department. This position is based in Charlotte with a hybrid (3 days in office) work schedule. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
