Program Overview
The Cosette 2026 Summer Internship Program gives students an opportunity for experiential learning in a corporate environment. This is a meaningful, mutually beneficial program where students will bring innovation and drive that will help Cosette reach our goals. In turn, our highly skilled team will help students apply what they already know and broaden their knowledge base.
This is an 11-week, full-time program for rising junior and senior undergraduate students at an accredited college or university. The summer internship will run from May 26 - August 7, 2026.
Position Summary
Cosette Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated and creative Summer Marketing Intern to support the digital and social media presence of Vyleesi (bremelanotide injection), an FDA-approved treatment for premenopausal women with acquired, generalized Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD).
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing, social media strategy, and AI-enabled content development. The intern will work closely with Cosette's marketing team and agency partners to support the execution and optimization of Vyleesi's social media initiatives across key platforms.
The role will provide exposure to pharma marketing strategy, regulated content development, AI tools, and digital campaign analytics, while contributing meaningful work to an active brand campaign.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Platform Management
  • Assist in managing and organizing Vyleesi's social media content calendar across platforms such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook).
  • Support scheduling, tracking, and coordination of social media posts with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Monitor engagement trends and assist with tracking social performance metrics.
Content Development & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, creative agencies, and medical/regulatory partners to support development of social media content.
  • Help prepare draft post concepts, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with the Vyleesi brand strategy.
  • Assist with organizing and repurposing content from events, influencer collaborations, and educational initiatives.
AI-Driven Marketing Innovation
  • Utilize AI tools to help generate and test creative concepts for Meta advertisements, including image prompts, messaging variations, and video concepts.
  • Support the development of AI-generated creative assets to accelerate campaign testing and optimization.
  • Explore emerging AI marketing technologies and present recommendations for improving campaign efficiency.
Digital Campaign Analytics
  • Track campaign performance indicators such as engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions.
  • Support the team in preparing simple dashboards and summaries highlighting campaign insights.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for test-and-learn optimization of social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficiency with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, CapCut).
  • Platform Expertise:Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for major platforms.
  • Creativity:Strong storytelling, visual, and conceptual skills.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Salary Range
The expected rate for this Bridgewater, NJ based position is $22 per hour.
Physical Requirements
This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office.
