Job Description

This position is responsible for being able to understand and can apply more complex leveled consulting methodology. Responsible for supporting the implementation of consulting projects through in-depth research, data analysis and recommends potential solutions. May lead simple projects or process design efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support team operations by completing a variety of tasks and projects across diverse responsibilities, adapting to shifting priorities and needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks, balancing deadlines, and maintaining strong timemanagement practices
  • Manage, edit, and optimize SharePoint sites, ensuring content is current, userfriendly, and aligned with organizational standards
  • Presents facts and information regarding project details, alternative suggestions to negotiate mutually acceptable solutions where there are opposing ideas
  • Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements.

  • Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures.
  • Gives and receives constructive formal/informal coaching and feedback based upon observed and/or recorded performance
  • Make recommendations about business practices regarding current projects that will simplify, automate, streamline business processes that will improve business outcomes

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 53,500.00 - 84,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
