Customer Service Representative - Automotive Support
*Location:* Call Center Environment *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 5 PM (varied shifts) *Company:* American Honda (via TEKsystems) About the Role Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a *Customer Service Representative*, where you'll be the voice of Honda customers, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting. You'll handle *30-40 inbound calls per shift*, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and documenting cases with precision. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple screens and software tools seamlessly. What You'll Do * Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care. * Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership details. * Support customers with warranty questions and troubleshooting radio codes. * Document cases accurately and dispatch to the right department when needed. * Collaborate with a team of 10 for feedback and growth opportunities. * Consistently meet performance targets in call handling and customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications * Previous customer service experience required. * Strong computer skills; able to navigate multiple tabs and software. * Typing speed of at least 35 WPM. * College degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). * Automotive or dealership experience is a *huge plus*. * Independent decision-making skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
