Senior Systems Information Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Information Systems Analyst!!!

This position can be fully remote within the US. Must be willing to travel to any of our current or future locations.

Summary

The Senior Information Systems Analyst is a key position focused on providing comprehensive IT support while also performing complex analysis, design, and development tasks to ensure our systems meet business needs and user specifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Systems Analysis and Design: Use systems analysis techniques to consult with users and internal stakeholders to understand their hardware, software, and system needs. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications.
* System Development and Modification: Design, develop, document, and test computer systems and programs, including prototypes. This includes modifying existing systems to improve performance, functionality, and user experience.
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as a senior point of contact for IT support issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to other teams or vendors as needed.
* Documentation and Procedures: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, programs, and procedures. This includes user guides, technical manuals, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
* Operating Systems and Infrastructure: Design, document, and modify computer programs related to machine operating systems to optimize performance and security.
* Training and Mentorship: Provide training to end-users on new systems or features. Mentor junior IT staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to help the team grow.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT support or systems analysis role, with a demonstrated ability to perform complex analysis, design, and development tasks.

* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and system configurations.
* Experience with programming languages and scripting for automation.
* Familiarity with database management systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Fluid with and using the IBM i iSeries Operating System (Objects, Subsystems, Jobs/Types, Control Language (CL) and Syntax, Database Files (SEU, PDM), Query (SQL), Logical Files, IBM Navigator
* First-hand experience developing RPG/RPGLE code using IBM Rational Developer for I (Fixed & free-format RPG, Sub procedures, Service Programs, Embedded SQL)
* ERP Related experience using Friedman Frontier
* Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable)
* Sales (Customer Mgmt., Quotes, Sales Orders, Pricing, Contracts, Costing)
* Supply Chain (Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse) Management
* Manufacturing (Bill of Materials, Work Orders, Production)
* Logistics (Shipping, Transportation, EDI / B2B Integration)
* Working knowledge with Microsoft Azure Development Platforms, patterns and practices
* Microsoft .NET & .NET Core (C#, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Node.js, REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger)
* Working Knowledge of developing cloud services within Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, App Service, Data Factory, Container Apps, Containerized Workloads/AKS, Key Vault)
* Microsoft Identity and Security (Entra ID, Purview, Sentinel)
* Working knowledge with Microsoft M365 Development Platforms, patterns and practices
* Power Platform Development (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI Copilot Studio)
* SharePoint Development (SharePoint Online Architecture, metadata & Content Types, Document Automation, Sit Provisioning)
* Microsoft Graph
* Microsoft Teams (Teams app manifests, Tabs, bots, messaging extensions)

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
