We are hiring a Senior Information Systems Analyst!!! This position can be fully remote within the US. Must be willing to travel to any of our current or future locations. Summary The Senior Information Systems Analyst is a key position focused on providing comprehensive IT support while also performing complex analysis, design, and development tasks to ensure our systems meet business needs and user specifications. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Systems Analysis and Design: Use systems analysis techniques to consult with users and internal stakeholders to understand their hardware, software, and system needs. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications. * System Development and Modification: Design, develop, document, and test computer systems and programs, including prototypes. This includes modifying existing systems to improve performance, functionality, and user experience. * Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as a senior point of contact for IT support issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to other teams or vendors as needed. * Documentation and Procedures: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, programs, and procedures. This includes user guides, technical manuals, and best practices to ensure smooth operations. * Operating Systems and Infrastructure: Design, document, and modify computer programs related to machine operating systems to optimize performance and security. * Training and Mentorship: Provide training to end-users on new systems or features. Mentor junior IT staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to help the team grow.

Equivalent work experience may be considered. * A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT support or systems analysis role, with a demonstrated ability to perform complex analysis, design, and development tasks.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
