Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN ready to take the next step in leadership? Regions Hospital is seeking a motivated Nurse Supervisor & Charge Nurse- Emergency Department to support our dynamic ED team and help drive exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse- Emergency Department facilitates the effective operation of the Emergency Department by providing clinical leadership, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role promotes collaboration through effective communication, maintains a strong working knowledge of departmental and hospital policies, and fosters positive working relationships with nursing staff, medical staff, and ancillary departments. The RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse utilizes evidence-based nursing practices and advanced problem-solving skills to support clinical and operational excellence.
