Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Brand Sales is responsible in leading strategic relationships with some of the industry's most influential brands and is responsible for high value national accounts, strengthen long term partnerships, and drive initiatives that protect and expand market share across key categories. The Senior Manager, Brand Sales is a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, blending data driven insight with strong commercial instincts to unlock growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes national account strategies that expand product penetration, increase revenue, and improve profitability
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business across the foodservice ecosystem
  • Builds annual business plans with customers, including volume targets, promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and innovation pipelines
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for national food & beverage customers, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships at multiple organizational levels
  • Understands customer business models, operational challenges, and strategic priorities to deliver tailored solutions
  • Leads quarterly business reviews and performance updates with key stakeholders
  • Collaborates with internal teams-marketing, supply chain, finance, R&D, and operations-to deliver customer programs and ensure service excellence
  • Partners with category and insights teams to translate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies
  • Coordinates with field sales teams to ensure alignment and execution at regional and unit levels
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, rebates, service agreements, and long term partnership terms
  • Manages trade spend and promotional budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining financial discipline
  • Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies
  • Monitors account performance, forecast demand, and proactively address supply or service issues
  • Tracks KPls such as volume, margin, distribution, and program execution
  • Uses CRM and reporting tools to maintain accurate account data and pipeline visibility
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of restaurant services experience including knowledge of restaurant ecosystem, CRM, and other technology systems
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship development
  • Proven ability to lead and implement change

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the restaurant ecosystem
  • Experience in developing restaurant solutions and partner programs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
