About the Job

The Senior Manager, Brand Social Media will lead the channel management and execution for our brand social, boosted, and influencer content. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Social Media, this role will be essential in the ongoing transformation of the company's social presence, with a focus on delivering robust content to key audiences across NM's existing social architecture. They will work closely with the brand, creative, data and talent teams to bring social projects to life.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver channel strategy and content for brand campaigns and initiatives while working closely with business partners.

  • Responsible for managing social media channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads.

  • Own always-on influencer strategy, reporting, and partnership with external agency.

  • Partners with external agency to manage boosted strategy, calendar, and reporting.

  • Partners with compliance, including representing social on the Social Media Policy Committee, to lead solution finding for any brand or industry issues.

  • Responsible for closely monitoring trends on social media to identify opportunities for content creation, storytelling, and community management.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, agency or client side.

  • Previous experience managing social channels for a business or agency clients.

  • Strong judge of creative and knowledge of social best practices.

  • Proficiency in a variety of social media tools and systems, including reporting capabilities (Hearsay, Dynamic Signal, Sprinklr or similar).

  • Financial services experience or experience in similarly regulated industries is a plus.

Skills You Have

Agency Management: Evaluates agency performance, gathers feedback from agency partners, and offboards partners when necessary. Partners with external parties (i.e. vendors, advertising companies, public relations, and media agencies) to produce relevant advertising work, "win-win" relationships and value added outcomes. Understands agency operational framework, procedures, processes and budgets. Collaborates and leads the agency team to develop creative work that generates positive business results. Applies knowledge of approval process and adheres to it for all creative development.

Campaign Management: Develops marketing campaigns strategy and selects appropriate outlets, delivery methods, and technology/tool to optimize customer engagement and business impact. Demonstrates working experience with campaign management tools such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Unica or similar.

Channel Management: Understands relevant distribution channels for products and the role of distribution in marketing specific products. Integrates promotional strategies with distribution model through innovative distribution ideas.

KPIs & Metrics: Measures performance over time by utilizing data collection and analysis methodologies for a specific objective to create strategic and operational improvement, including setting and monitoring desired performance targets. Makes critical decisions based on key figures to improve business outlook and achieve performance targets.

Media Strategy: Designs and manages media campaigns to inform the public of an organization's mission, policies, accomplishments and practices in a positive, consistent, and credible manner. Optimizes audience engagement by devising a plan of action that helps the business reach its target audience and to improve the overall customer conversion rate. Devises methodologies and plans to develop and enhance the relationships between company representatives and the media (newspapers, radio, television, and other forms of journalism).

Visual Storytelling: Communicates a message or idea through visualization of concepts such as images, videos, graphics, narratives, mock-ups and data. Designs visuals that convey a narrative, evoke emotion, and engage the viewer.

$78,260.00 USD - $145,340.00 USD

Structure 115:

$81,760.00 USD - $151,840.00 USD
