Org Marketing Statement At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime. The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe. Position Summary The purpose of this position is to provide customer service support such as: order processing, tracking order status, work within designated CRM, telephone communications and internal communications with other departments. Responsible for the direction and oversight of assigned customer accounts. Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints.
