We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in our employee engagement initiatives. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of programs and events, directly contributing to a positive and collaborative environment for all employees. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics will empower our team to focus on high-impact strategies, making a tangible difference in our organizational culture. This role will contribute to vital projects focused on the planning and coordination of employee engagement events, vendor management, budget tracking, program logistics, leadership reporting, and the preparation of essential materials for engagement programs and executive reviews. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the employee engagement team, ensuring smooth execution of programs and events. * Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. * Book and manage vendors, including negotiating logistics and tracking associated expenses. * Track budgets, invoices, and expenses for employee engagement activities, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation. * Maintain task lists, monitor project progress, and provide updates to leadership. * Pull and consolidate reports, status updates, and metrics to support team decision-making and leadership reviews. * Support preparation of materials for presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners for engagement programs, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in business, operations, administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 2+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with standard office productivity and communication tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. * Comfortable supporting events and programs with a hands-on, flexible approach. * Proven success managing logistics and vendors. * Experience supporting employee engagement, or an administrative/operations background. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in support of HR or executive teams. * Familiarity with project tracking or event management tools. * Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with multiple stakeholders. **Compensation:** The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.69 Hourly.
