Chemical Operator II

THE ROLE:

Entegris is currently seeking a Chemical Operator II to join our team. This position will be based at our Burnet, TX facility.

In thisroleyou wouldbe responsibleforstarting,monitoring, and troubleshooting purification systems.Additionally, the technician will perform decontamination, sampling, filling,and inspecting products. This role will be part of a team that strives to ensure our products meetthe highest standards of safety and quality while meeting the timeliness of ourcustomer'sdesire.Furthermore, the technician will work cross-functionally.

SHIFT SCEHDULE IS A3-2-2-3, 6AM-6PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Run purifications systems under specific quality and engineeringcontrols.
• Perform decontamination of manufacturingequipment.
• Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
• Pull chemistry samples andsubmit themto the lab foranalysis.
• Fill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finishedgoodproduct.
• Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper qualitystandards.
• Perform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies,cleanupand wastedisposal.
• Ensure on-time delivery of low volume products from make toship.
• Propose and implement process improvements
• Work with Engineers to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create/update PMs andmaintainspare parts
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE SEEK:

• 1+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus
• Previouschemical handling experience
• Previousmanufacturing experience is aplus.
• Knowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is aplus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45000.
• Frequentlylift upto 50lbs and push up to130lbs.
• Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multipletasks.

• Expert knowledge of sublimation,decon, valve building, harvesting, fill and morph solids
• Expert communication skills, training experience and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to keep up with daily production demands
• Accountability to have good attendance and consistent daily performance
• Discipline to follow work instructions and standard operating processes
• A dedication to excellence by being proactive with tasks to keep processes going and a willingness to perform whatever task is needed
• The creativity and innovation to improve productivity, cost savings, and safety
