Part-Time | LPN/RN


Pay Range: $38.51-$48.13 per hour, depending on experience


Schedule:
NOC shifts, 10:00pm-6:30am (includes every other weekend)



  • 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (32 hours per two-week pay period)

The Difference You'll Make


Resident Care & Clinical Excellence



  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under individualized plans of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and monitor residents for effectiveness and response.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic charting software.


Communication & Coordination



  • Notify the Nurse Manager, attending provider, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and take appropriate follow-up action.
  • Coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, highquality care.
  • Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues.


Safety, Compliance & Professionalism



  • Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal regulations and adhere to all clinical and safety standards.
  • Use sound judgment and integrity in clinical decision-making.
  • Meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting over 50 lbs. when transferring residents.


What We're Looking For



  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current LPN/RN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven history of good judgment, integrity, and compassionate customer service.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Current CPR certification.
