Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Postdoctoral Researcher Role Overview Projects will focus on developing CAR T cell therapies for brain tumors and minimizing central nervous system (CNS) toxicities from cell therapies. We will use pre-clinical models and clinical samples to study CAR T cell trafficking biology and harness it for therapeutic use. Techniques that will be employed include in vivo CRISPR screening, single cell multi-omics on research and clinical samples, flow cytometry, and extensive T cell engineering. We seek to establish cell therapy platforms with enhanced potency while maintaining safety through locoregional restriction. Key Requirements The ideal candidate would have: A Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in with background in immunology, neuroscience or neuro-oncology, cell therapy, gene editing, and/or synthetic biology.
