* Coordinate and support vendor-led training, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics.

Onboarding & Development
* Spend the initial months shadowing experienced Transmission personnel.
* Rotate through multiple regions to understand statewide transmission practices and expectations.

Continuous Improvement
* Support updates and improvements to transmission training programs and materials.
* Stay current on transmission standards, safety requirements, equipment changes, and industry best practices.

* Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to adult learners.
* Willingness to travel statewide and work outdoors in varying conditions.

* Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or lead preferred.
* Experience supporting progression schools, refresher training, or qualification activities.
* Familiarity with live-line work, including hot-stick and barehand techniques.
