In this role, you will build and optimize landing pages and execute digital marketing campaigns - primarily through email - to move customers from interest to purchase. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving digital experiences, working within modern marketing tools, and using data to guide decisions. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing and collaborates closely with the Marketing, Web Development, Sales, and Merchandising teams. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Key Responsibilities Landing Page Development & Conversion Optimization Build and manage landing pages aligned with campaign objectives Exercise independent judgment to optimize landing page design, content, and structure Implement conversion best practices to improve engagement, lead capture, and intent Ensure landing pages, email campaigns, forms, and tracking function cohesively across campaigns Conduct QA prior to launch, including form functionality, tracking validation, responsiveness, and cross-device testing Execute A/B tests and document results with clear performance insights Monitor post-launch conversion performance and recommend incremental improvements Connect landing page outcomes to campaign goals and revenue impact Website Support & Digital Experience Implement marketing-requested website updates tied to campaigns Partner with Web Development on larger enhancements as needed Support testing and validation of engagement and conversion improvements Assist with SEO implementation efforts as directed Email Campaign Execution Identify and recommend strategic website or content enhancements to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness Build and deploy lead generation and lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo Execute segmentation based on campaign strategy Support automated flows, triggered sequences, and gated content initiative QA email rendering, links, forms, and tracking Monitor campaign performance and share engagement trends with the marketing team Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed to support campaign initiatives Tracking, Data, and Reporting Implement optimization strategies to improve engagement, lead capture, and revenue impact Validate campaign-level data flow between NetSuite, Klaviyo, and other platforms Support attribution reporting and dashboard validation in Google Analytics and NetSuite Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and escalate appropriately Provide post-campaign summaries with actionable optimization recommendations Testing & Quality Assurance Maintain launch checklist standards for campaign assets Test tracking events, form integrations, and analytics configurations Conduct cross-browser and cross-device validation before launch Document issues and coordinate resolution prior to go-live Continuous Improvement Monitor industry trends and best practices related to digital conversion optimization, email marketing, and customer experience Stay current on digital conversion, CRO, and email marketing best practices Identify opportunities to improve performance using tools, AI, and emerging techniques Collaborate cross-functionally to improve digital customer touchpoints Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements
Required Education and Experience 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing execution Experience working with landing page builders (WordPress / Elementor preferred) Experience working in Klaviyo or a similar email service provider Exposure to NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and basic campaign performance reporting Understanding of UTM parameters, tracking tags, and attribution fundamentals Experience with A/B testing tools Basic HTML and CSS knowledge sufficient to troubleshoot and make minor edits How You Approach the Work Successful candidates for this role often demonstrate the following work styles: A digital-first mindset, using data and insights to inform decisions Strong attention to detail, particularly when testing and validating campaign assets before launch Curiosity about digital performance, with interest in understanding what improves engagement and conversion Problem-solving ability when troubleshooting campaign or technical issues Comfort working across multiple marketing tools and learning new platforms Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for teammates Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Work Environment Work is performed primarily in an office environment with minimal travel. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
