  • Lead endtoend recruitment for key positions across the Americas.






  • Act as a consultative advisor, bringing strong market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.






  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines through strong direct sourcing and research capabilities.






  • Partner with business leaders and People Partners to drive workforce planning and talent strategy.






  • Analyze recruitment data to inform stakeholders and improve decision making.






  • Collaborate in local employer branding activities to strengthenMolnlycke'simage and talent attraction in the region.






  • Ensure high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences throughout all recruitment touchpoints.

What You Bring


Musthaves




  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an international environment






  • Experience recruiting within themedical devices industry(or healthcare/life sciences)






  • Strongexpertisein theU.S. talent market(LATAM exposure is a plus)






  • Proven consultative approach with the ability to influence senior leaders






  • Exceptionaldirect sourcingand research capabilities






  • Strong analytical anddata-drivenmindset






  • Experience managing endtoend recruitment processes independently






  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills






  • Fluency in English;Spanish or Portuguesearea plus




Nicetohaves




  • Experience usingSAP SuccessFactors






  • Experience supporting multiple countries






  • Exposure to employer branding, talent attraction initiatives, or recruitment marketing






  • Additionalexperience in the LATAM recruitment landscape
