Act as a consultative advisor, bringing strong market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions. Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines through strong direct sourcing and research capabilities. Partner with business leaders and People Partners to drive workforce planning and talent strategy. Analyze recruitment data to inform stakeholders and improve decision making. Collaborate in local employer branding activities to strengthenMolnlycke'simage and talent attraction in the region.
