  • Provide onsite HR support to CPS Clinical Research Units, maintaining regular presence in assigned clinics.
  • Support employee relations activities including intake, documentation, investigations, corrective actions, and performance management, under the guidance of senior HR partners.
  • Partner with Clinic Senior Directors and site leadership to support employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and workforce initiatives.
  • Assist with talent processes such as hiring support, internal transfers, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations to execute HR programs at the clinic level.

  • Assist with change management activities related to clinic growth, staffing changes, and operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support clinic physicians, pharmacy staff, and operational leaders with HR-related guidance as needed.
  • Travel periodically to other CPS clinics as required.
  • Ensure safe and responsible use of vehicles for business purposes and report driving-related incidents as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Required)

  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, and operational environment.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with clinic leadership and employees.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience (Minimum Required)

  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist, HR specialist, or associate HR partner role.
  • Experience supporting frontline or operational teams; healthcare, clinical, laboratory, or similarly regulated environments preferred.
  • Exposure to employee relations processes such as performance management, corrective action, and investigations (with guidance).
  • Experience working onsite with employees and leaders rather than in a fully remote HR model.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

Work is performed in a clinical and office environment with regular onsite presence at clinic locations. The role may require periodic travel, extended periods of standing or sitting, and the ability to use standard office and clinical equipment.

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
