Job Overview The Associate HR Partner, Clinical Research Units (CRUs), CPS is a clinic-aligned HR specialist role that provides hands-on, onsite HR support to CPS Clinical Research Units. This role partners closely with Clinic Senior Directors, site leadership, and HR Business Partners to support day-to-day people operations, employee relations, and engagement activities within a regulated clinical environment. This position is designed for an HR professional who thrives in an operational, clinic-based setting and is comfortable being visible and accessible to employees and leaders. The Associate HR Partner plays a key role in executing HR programs, supporting employee relations processes, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across CPS clinics. Physical Demands / Work Environment Work is performed in a clinical and office environment with regular onsite presence at clinic locations. The role may require periodic travel, extended periods of standing or sitting, and the ability to use standard office and clinical equipment. Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity) Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
