- Lead, coach, and develop world-class supervisors, building a culture of accountability, empowerment, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Model the behaviors required for World Class Manufacturing, including discipline, accountability, standard work for leaders, and a deep commitment to people development.
- Develop, track, and improve KPIs aligned to safety, quality, cost, delivery, flow, and team performance.
- Champion Agile operational practices (daily standups, Kanban/visual management, iterative improvements, retrospectives) to increase transparency, speed, and alignment.
- Implement and promote Extreme Manufacturing (XM) to enable rapid build cycles, short feedback loops, modular workflows, and highvelocity process improvement.
- Use Agile + XM hybrid methods to foster crossfunctional collaboration, realtime problem solving, and adaptive production practices on the shop floor.
- Demonstrate servant leadership by consistently putting the needs, wellbeing, and development of team members first; remove obstacles, listen actively, and coach in the flow of work.
- Nurture a strong, positive culture grounded in trust, collaboration, accountability, and respect; ensure everyone feels heard and empowered to improve processes and contribute ideas.
- Drive a strong safety culture through proactive risk identification, behavioral safety reinforcement, and visible leadership.
- Lead operational excellence, digitalization, and transformation initiatives-including appropriate automation, AIassisted analytics, standardized work, and workflow optimization.
- Leverage AI technologies (predictive quality, demand/production forecasting, labor/resource planning, digital work instructions, and realtime analytics) to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Identify and lead costreduction and wasteelimination projects aligned with strategic priorities (e.g., productivity, yield, material usage, changeover reduction).
- Ensure compliance with ISOcertified Quality Management System requirements and lead improvements in quality processes.
- Maintain housekeeping and audit readiness standards across production areas (5S/6S).
- Manage operating budgets; forecast resource needs; recommend capital investments that support growth, automation, safety, or efficiency improvements.
- Partner crossfunctionally (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Care, HR) to strengthen workplace culture, collaboration, morale, and retention.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a Lean environment.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeanAgile) in production/operations.
- Experience with Extreme Manufacturing (XM) concepts (rapid iteration, modular builds, shortcycle plan-do-check-adjust) or willingness to lead XM adoption.
- 3+ years working within an ISOcertified QMS environment.
- Experience leading change/transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of AI concepts as applied to operations (predictive analytics, planning optimization, digital work instructions, automated reporting).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills; proficiency in root cause analysis and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Demonstrated servant leadership: develops others, builds trust, models empathy, and sustains an inclusive, highengagement culture.
- Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost management principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern digital operations tools; aptitude for learning new platforms.
