Primary Purpose

Accountable For

You will support the team to fulfill client briefs by providing creative solutions in our fast-paced studio environment. This intermediate level position includes, but is not limited to, design adaptations, line extensions, secondary panel layouts through to production artwork builds

Reporting To

Studio Manager and/or Senior Adaptive Designer

General Overview

The Intermediate Adaptive designer will work under the Senior Designer, with the clients brand, ensuring all work is within brand guidelines, while maintaining continuity between formats, line extensions, languages, and client information.
The role will advocate our culture, brand and community.

Responsibilities

1. Participates in and supports agency business objectives appropriate to role (quality objectives, company policies)
2. Ability to interpret concept and/or brand guidelines through to artwork execution
3. Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality artwork by effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques
4. Through training, learns and executes artwork for legal and regulatory compliance
5. Maintaining a positive and open dialogue with team members so they are fully informed throughout the project life-cycle
6. Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines
7. Organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail)
8. Create strong and effective internal partnerships, and collaborate with Marks/SGS
9. May perform other duties as needed to meet client needs

Will entail timely delivery of your projects, and the ability to learn new aspects of the business with a proactive attitude and approach. Enthusiasm for the projects, client success and company culture will all be aspects of a successful role. You are consistently demonstrating the ability to execute with excellence.

Education & Experience



  • 5+ years of experience in a design production role
  • College or University diploma in graphics design
  • Strong understanding of the print process
  • Knowledgeable in multiple aspects of print production techniques.
  • Willingness and flexibility to accept direction
  • Open to a flexible work schedule
  • Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Keynote)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $50 - $55 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
