Our IT and Business Systems teams play a vital role in driving digital transformation and optimizing our enterprise processes. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support data-driven decision-making across our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and turning information into meaningful insights. The role will partner with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, HR and leadership to support reporting, analysis and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
• Support KPI tracking across departments
• Assist in building and improving data models
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data
• Translate business questions into data queries and insights
• Present findings in a clear and concise format

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics (or related field)
• 0-2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or related field (internships welcome)
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
