About the Team: The Transaction Marketing Creative team is a collaborative group of designers and copywriters who turn strategy into high-impact, performance-driven creative across digital platforms. We lead end-to-end creative and copy for commerce and partnership programs, serving as a trusted strategic partner to the Transactional team. Our focus is on delivering clear, compelling work that drives engagement, strengthens brand equity, and fuels measurable revenue growth. About the Role: As a Designer Apprentice in Transactional Marketing Creative at People Inc., you will create visually compelling, digital-first assets to support commerce and partnership programs, including emails, banner ads, social campaigns, and special projects. Working closely with Creative Directors, you will translate strategy into clear, on-brand designs while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
