Asthe Technical Support Team (TST)Travel Coordinator,you'llprovide administrative and logistical support using the Defense Travel System to ensure personnel travel for Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and other training events.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience coordinating and adjusting travel orders based on training unit requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 Teams

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience preparing and processing official travel orders in DTS or via DD Form 1610

• Experience managing lodging reservations and confirming availability through DTS or manual coordination

• Experience adjusting Government Travel Charge Card credit limits to meet mission needs

• Experience processing off-post travel orders covering lodging, meals, and incidentals

• Experience providing reach-back support to deployed staff during exercises

• Experience collaborating with external agencies to integrate travel requirements into exercise planning

• Experience arranging domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) travel for civilian contractors supporting MCTP

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
