Field Install Team - Precast

We are seeking a Field Install Team - Precast for County Materials in Astatula

Job Duties:

• Install precast concrete products according to specifications and project plans.
• Operate hand and power tools, rigging equipment, and other machinery as needed.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and positioning precast elements at job sites.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and securing of precast components.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Perform site clean-up and equipment maintenance as required.

Work Environment:

• Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards.
• Work in a noisy environment

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting
• Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds
• Standing / Walking / Climbing
• Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending
• Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, concrete, or precast installation preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, measurements, and job instructions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed throughout Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and other states as they come available.
