Position Summary Greenberry Industrial is currently seeking a Timekeeper to support operations at the Samsung Semiconductor facility. Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $25 per hour Overtime: Available depending on project schedule Position Type: Full Time Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional benefits per eligibility Key Responsibilities Time Tracking & Accuracy:Review, edit timecards and attendance records, ensuring accuracy before payroll processing. Data Management:Maintain, monitor, and input daily timecard data, often acting as the point of contact for payroll questions. Conflict Resolution:Resolve missing punches, timecard discrepancies, and schedule conflicts with employees and managers. Employee Assistance: assist and direct on-site employees with basic inquiries. Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Suite Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and management regarding payroll issues. Previous timekeeping and administrative experience preferred. Physical Demands & Work Environment This role is performed in a construction environment. This position will work on a large construction site but within an office setting Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods Ability to lift, carry, and handle tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds Required use of PPE when applicable.
