This role will support Finance's adoption and usage of AI-driven tools.

The ideal candidate is a builder, not just a maintainer-someone who thrives on creating scalable processes, improving data quality, and driving system innovation. This role collaborates closely with FP&A leadership, Corporate IT, and the Finance Center of Excellence to ensure reliable, accurate, and efficient financial data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Administration

* Serve as the primary System Administrator for OneStream, including metadata management, user provisioning, workflow configuration, and system maintenance.

* Coordinate with IT and external partners on system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

* Ensure financial planning systems remain accurate, optimized, and aligned with FP&A requirements.

Data Management & Automation

* Build and maintain automated workflows and data transformation processes using Alteryx or similar tools.

* Maintain data integrity across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting environments.

* Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and implement scalable solutions.

AI Adoption & Enablement

* Work with IT and the Finance Center of Excellence to ensure AI tools are deployed securely and effectively within Finance workflows.

* Partner with FP&A team members to identify areas where AI can enhance forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

* Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to support decision making across FP&A.

* Support creation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.

* Build standardized, self service reporting that empowers FP&A team members.

Close & Forecast Cycle Support

* Support month end, quarter end, and year end reporting by validating data, preparing system outputs, and ensuring OneStream readiness.

* Assist in preparing consolidated financial views, variance analyses, and operational insights.

Cross Functional Collaboration

* Partner with Corporate IT to support integrations, data flows, and system governance.

* Work with the Finance Center of Excellence on systems strategy, standards, and best practices.

* Engage with FP&A analysts and managers to understand reporting needs and develop system-enabled solutions.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial systems, FP&A, data analytics, or finance operations.

* Technical aptitude with experience or exposure to: OneStream (preferred) or other EPM systems; Alteryx, SQL, or similar automation/data tools; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.); Exposure to AI tools or willingness to learn and apply them in financial workflows.

* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in a data rich environment.

* Demonstrated ability to build processes, automate workflows, and drive improvements.

* Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across finance and technical teams.

Preferred

* Experience supporting FP&A teams or corporate reporting processes.

* Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Exposure to enterprise data structures or system administration.

Competencies

* Continuous improvement mindset / builder orientation

* Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new systems

* Structured problem solving and data governance discipline

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

* Strong cross functional communication and team collaboration
