National Food Equipment Services is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized Dispatcher to help keep our service operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the central hub between our technicians, customers, and internal team-making sure service calls are scheduled efficiently and technicians have what they need to succeed in the field.

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and skill set

• Coordinate daily technician routes to maximize efficiency and response time

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates

• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed

• Enter and maintain accurate service call information in the dispatch system

• Assist technicians with job details, parts coordination, and documentation

• Handle incoming service requests via phone and email

• Work closely with service managers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software

• Experience in HVAC, equipment service, or field service environments is a plus
