Join us as our new Planning and Scheduling Supervisor

This position will supervisor planning and scheduling activities for our Madison and West Allis, WI plants.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Supervising, leadings and coaching the Production Planning, Scheduling, Materials Procurement staff.
  • Prioritizing, coordinating and supervising daily Planning, Procurement and Scheduling activities.
  • Facilitating department and cross-functional team meetings.
  • Responsible for formulating and maintaining planning strategies in SAP APO & ECC systems.
  • Ensuring uniform protocols for maintaining USA SAP Master Data and Change Management activities.
  • Providing recommendations to Accounting for Expired & Obsolete reserve levels.
  • Ensures precise and adequate supply chain reporting for the areas of Planning, Scheduling and Procurement.
  • Proactively ensuring coordination and communication with key supply chain stakeholders, such as Sourcing, Customer Service, Production and Business Development to optimize performance measures, e.g. CH Delivery Performance, Supplier delivery performance, Inventory Levels, and Inventory Turns.
  • Participating in local and global projects to enhance performance measures

To succeed you must hold:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English is a requirement of this position.
  • Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Possess tactical knowledge of purchasing and production planning/scheduling functions.
  • Ability to work effectively in team and international environments.
  • Ability to make administrative, procedural or employment-related decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess working knowledge of continuous improvement principles and how to correctly apply them.
  • SAP APO & ECC experience preferred
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Ability to split time between MAD and WEA Plants and international travel up to 10% annually.
  • These characteristics are normally acquired through a B.S./B.A. in related field of study with 4 to 7 years of experience including three to five years of experience leading, coaching, and managing personnel in a Planning and/or Materials Management environment.

Location: West Allis or Madison, WI (Hybrid)

Expected salary range:$90,000-$105,000 based on experience
