Description POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Director of Finance serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, leading the organization's accounting operations, external financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance functions. This role ensures financial integrity, transparency, and operational excellence while advancing technology to enable efficiencies and process improvements. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and establishing a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of APA's reports, financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. The Senior Director of Finance will lead a high performing team, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support strategic decision making across the organization in a dynamic, mission driven environment.
