Job Title: Senior SAP Business Analyst

Duties: The Senior SAP Business Analyst in Racine, WI will work on a team of Analysts and Project Leaders to develop SAP systems for Sales and Distribution (SD) module for Modine's North and South American operations. Provide functional support to system end users, including escalation of issues, providing technical SAP maintenance, and preparing system documentation (work instruction, training materials, etc.). Analyze business needs, including performing comprehensive process analyses, documenting current process state against potential process design concept, and maintaining awareness of changes to business unit's technology and long-term needs. Perform system analyses, including participating or leading requirements gathering, defining project scope and maintenance activities, and developing system designs and functional specifications. Participate in system development, including configurating software systems to meet defined project objectives, designing system enhancements (i.e. workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms), designing system security concepts in consideration of internal controls, and performing unit and integration testing of all new developments and software system changes. Apply experience with EDI integration tools. Serve in a project management role, including developing project scope and contributing to team member selection, leading project implementation team, developing and managing project plans using methodologies such as PMI/waterfall, Agile, ASAP, managing consultants and consulting engagements, and contributing to post-implementation reviews. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Requires up to 20% domestic travel to our manufacturing sites.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study, plus five years of experience as an SAP Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, Applications Specialist, or related occupation. Experience must include at least 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) experience in manufacturing industry; (2) SAP Order to cash implementation for new manufacturing plants, including Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), KANBAN, configuration for Order Management, pricing conditions and procedures, logistics execution, invoicing and account receivables, and integration with other SAP modules; (3) working with third party integration and data migration tools; (4) creating functional and technical specifications to work with technical team on new enhancements; (5) creating and managing scheduling agreements, deliveries and shipments in Sales and Distribution; (6) EDI integration tools; and (7) management of projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, supporting business and end users.
