About the Role:

The Clinical Specialist Manager ofSacralNeuromodulation will play a pivotal role inour company's success,overseeing clinical development and providing leadership for thesacralneuromodulation field team.This personwillidentifyand implement strategies to increaseefficiency and improve the productivity of the clinicalspecialistteam. Responsible for the development/coaching of the clinicalrepresentativesand administrative management risks. Reports to theDirector of Field Development.

Your Responsibilities will Include:



  • Responsible for carrying out company policies with sincerity and integrity.Ensures clinical teamcomplieswithcompany policies, procedures, and administrative responsibilities.


  • Manage and coach clinical representativesbyutilizingfield rides, individual and groupmeetings, and company resources to ensure regional alignment of goals,talentdevelopment,and adoption of best practices.

  • Be a critical part oftheregional team with HR tolocate, recruit,and hire topclinicalcandidates for open positions.In partnershipwith the Regional Executive,assessclinical specialistheadcount needs per territory.Continuallymaintaina robust and diverse personal "bench" ofcandidatesforuse in future hiring opportunities.


  • Workin collaboration with thefieldto support salesdevelopmentof theclinicalteam inprocedures,serviceneeds, competitive and product knowledge.


  • Clinical SalesManager will attendNHTtrainingsandparticipatein certifications.


  • Ensure all direct reports have annual/quarterlyobjectives. Implementthe BSCperformance evaluation schedule, providing feedback and coachingand documenting performance needs andachievements.


  • Collaborate withtheRegionalExecutiveto ensure clinical team goals,objectives,and support are aligned with the regional sales strategyand revenue growth. Provide strategic partnership during the QBR process with salesleadership.


  • Communicates regularly with direct reports, RegionalExecutives, TerritoryExecutives, peers,andtheDirector ofFieldDevelopmentregardingclinical activities and changes in the marketplace.Perform administrative tasks related to management,expense, inventory,and communication activities.Drive alignment to corporate, division, and regional vision,goalsand activities.


  • The Clinical SpecialistManager is expected tobe in thefieldaminimumof60%of the time conducting field rides withtheclinicalspecialistteam.



RequiredQualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.


  • Ability to manage conflict effectively and effect change.


  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proventrack record.


  • Strong oral and written communication skills.


  • Must be energetic, organized,determinedandgoal-oriented.


  • Minimumof 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Combined minimumof5 yearsofclinicalexperience in a related field, such as nursing or another healthcare discipline.


  • Demonstrated leadership/credibility withinlocalteam.


  • Knowledge and experience working in an operating room (OR).


  • Previouspeople management experience is a plus.


  • Successfultrack recordwith SNM;demonstratedleadership skills.


  • Proventrack recordas a Clinical Specialist, preferably in the neuromodulation space.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $140,000 to $160,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
