Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is an 12+ month contract opportunity. This role focuses on business execution by reviewing and remediating commercial real estate loans to ensure they meet policy, regulatory, and documentation standards. The ideal candidate will identify discrepancies or control gaps and work with internal teams to correct loan records while tracking remediation progress. Responsibilities: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution Review and remediate loans to ensure they meet internal policy, regulatory and documentation standards Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, or control gaps and work with internal teams to correct and update loan records Document findings, track remediation progress and provide reporting updates to management and compliance stakeholders Requirements: Commercial real estate loan processing or underwriting experience Pay range: $47.00 - $53.57 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
