Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Collection Center (DCC) Task Supervisor to support the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) JOLTS (Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey) project. We are hiring a Task Supervisor to support BLS data collection efforts. In this role, you will oversee the interviewer teams by ensuring they are trained and certified, monitoring performance, maintaining BLScompliant quality control, testing new supervisory tools, and serving as the liaison between interviewers and contractor management.
