Work as a team to successfully achieve company and departmental goals. Accurate and timely build out of client benefit plans, contribution strategies, worksite employee classes, and enrollment workflows in HRIS. Provide administrative and operational support to the benefits team. Generate, review, and audit reports as needed including carrier invoice reconciliation. Create benefit guides and other client facing material as requested using templates provided. Manage HRIS workflows as clients onboard in close partnership with Benefits Consultants and Benefits Specialists. Document task completion as appropriate in CRM. Act as point of escalation for carriers' questions and data validation. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the team. Qualifications A keen eye for detail Critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, especially during peak times. Willingness to jump in where needed. Energetic, positive attitude Go-getter, ability to meet deadlines. Prior benefits or PEO experience a plus. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, familiarity with online enrollment systems, online video-conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams). Salary and Other Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is between $27.00-31.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for annual incentive pay equal to 5% of annual regular pay, prorated in the first year, in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Paid Time Off: Accrued sick leave of 1 hour for every 40 hours of work, with maximum based on state or regional requirements; vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
