Responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering the phone, copying, scanning, filing, database entry, confidential record keeping, support with special events, errands, processing mail, and/or any other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. We are seeking a team-player with a professional attitude, detailed oriented, resourceful, displays initiative, follows through, and possess strong organizational, communicative, and computer skills. The successful candidate must exhibit a professional demeanor, have appropriate office etiquette, organized and task-oriented, and must be responsible for completing assigned tasks, with accuracy, and meeting deadlines. The individual must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Typical work hours will be M-F, between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Work schedules are flexible and will be worked out with the supervisor before beginning employment. Must be able to work a minimum of 15-28 hours per week.
