Provide expert-level support: Respond to inquiries from branch offices regarding the Enhanced Savings Account product, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its features, benefits, and functionality. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Analyze and address product-related and compliance concerns raised by branch offices, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise to deliver effective solutions. 3. Assist with account onboarding and training: Support branch offices during the implementation and onboarding process, offering guidance on product setup, configuration, and usage to ensure a seamless transition. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as product development, AML, operations, and customer support, to communicate branch offices' feedback, identify trends, and contribute to product and compliance enhancements. 6. Foster strong client relationships: Build rapport with branch offices, actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
