Job Description The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of production materials to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role oversees the procurement, inventory control, storage, and distribution of materials needed to support ongoing production and field activities. The Material Coordinator works closely with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to maintain accurate inventory levels, reduce operational delays, and ensure all materials are available where and when needed. Key Responsibilities * Manage the endtoend lifecycle of production materials, including ordering, receiving, tracking, and distribution. * Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits. * Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. * Organize and oversee material storage, ensuring proper labeling, stocking, and handling protocols. * Support field teams by scheduling and distributing required materials to job sites. * Monitor material usage and forecast future needs to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Collaborate with operations, procurement, and logistics to streamline material flow and improve efficiency. * Ensure all materialrelated processes comply with company standards and safety requirements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
