Overview Executive Director, Market Finance Operations
UnityPoint Health - Des Moines is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director (ED) of Market Finance Operations to serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and oversee the financial performance of all entities within the Central Iowa Health System (CIHS / UPHDM). Reporting directly to the Des Moines Market CFO, this leader will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, operational performance, and longterm sustainability across the market. The Executive Director will partner closely with Affiliate, Market, and System leadership to align financial planning, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
