ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Following all safety rules and procedures;
• team work effort and involvement in order to meet all goals;
• Maintains control and availability of the needed cleaning supplies needed to perform the daily-appointed shores. (Paper Towel, tissue paper, soaps, disinfectants, scents, gloves, brooms, mops, solvents, miscellaneous, etc.)
• Orders items needed, as instructed by Supervisor (through proper channels).
• Front Office maintenance includes but not limited to emptying garbage cans, trash cans, sweeping & moping tiled areas, vacuuming, cleaning glass, managers desks, and respective bathrooms.
• Lunchrom maintenance includes but it is not limited to keeping kitchen sink, tables and floors clean, napkin dispensers stacked, refrigerator clean, & entrance glass clean.
• In the Design Area he maintains floors and glass windows clean; empties trash cans and replaces filled Green Truck with an empty as needed.
• *. Receives ordered miscellaneous goods, and stores as needed.
• Assists Production Supervisor as time allows, to keep the plant clean.
• Maintains front bathrooms clean, disinfected and stacked with paper soap & towels.
• Keeps work area clean and neat.
• Reports housekeeping issues to supervisor and / or Superintendent .
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Superintendent.
• Occasionally runs errands as needed by Plant.
• Takes care of outside premises by cleaning, weeding and reporting any hazard.
• DETAIL
• Front Office:
• Empty Lunchroom Large Garbage cans; Empty all Front Office Trash cans & Replace Bags; Vacuum all carpeted areas and mat's; Sweep and Mop Tiled Areas in FO; Clean Glass in FO windows and Desks Tops with Windex.
• Lunch Room:
• Wipe Tables, refill napkin containers, arrange.: Wash Sink/ Water Fountain, wipe clean Machines and Microwaves.; Clean Refrigerator and take out leftovers, weekly.; Clean Employee Entrance glass door.(Inside Only); Sweep and Mop floors.
• Design Room & Offices
• Empty Garbage cans and replace bags.; Clean glass on office & windows. (Inside only) ; Sweep and Mop floors.
• Bath Rooms:
• Clean Toilets, sinks, sweep, mop, mirrors.; Take out Garbage.; Replace Deodorizers as needed.; Stock papers. (Hand Towels & Tissue
