• 1-2 years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently close leases
• Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented attitude
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; Yardi experience is a plus)
• Ability to obtainFair Housing certification

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
• Follow up on leads and convert prospect traffic into signed leases
• Provide excellent customer service to both residents and prospective tenants
• Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-in experiences
• Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor communities
• Support resident retention efforts and assist with lease renewals
