Shift: 5:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday (4-day work week!)

As a Production Worker in Alexandria, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter.

The Tools for the Trade

• High school diploma or GED
• You've worked in production, or you're quick to learn
• Lift and stack safely - (up to) 50 lbs
• Bring focus, pride, and a solid work ethic

What You'll Do on the Line

• Follow proper safety procedures, be knowledgeable about related safety devices, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (P.P.E.).
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Learn racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantity.
• Must have the ability to build racks to optimize the quantity of new products.
• Maintain job segregation where necessary.
• Understand and use proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying.
• Follow inspection and packaging procedures.
• Other related duties as apparent or assigned.
