ABOUT THE ROLE The Supervisor, Media and Video Operations is a forward-thinking operational leader supporting a 24/7/365 broadcast and streaming ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of media operations, workforce strategy, and technology innovation-driving scalable systems that power live events, linear programming, and direct-to-consumer platforms. Beyond workforce oversight, this position architects structured Skill Acceleration programs that elevate technical capability across the organization. The Supervisor serves as a strategic intake partner for senior leadership initiatives while championing automation, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven process optimization to modernize Media and Video Operations.
