ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a new membership-based business centered around premium live entertainment experiences. This new venture will deliver curated, high-touch access to sports, entertainment, and cultural events across the country.

We are seeking a Director, Bespoke Experiences to lead the development and execution of high-touch, curated experiences that extend beyond our core event portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building distinctive, premium experiences from concept through execution. The Director will own vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee end-to-end delivery. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how our members engage with exclusive access, special programming, and custom-designed events.

The ideal candidate is both creative and operational who can envision differentiated experiences while also building the processes, partnerships, and infrastructure required to deliver them consistently at a premium level.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience Development

  • Concept and develop differentiated, premium experiences across sports, entertainment, dining, and cultural moments
  • Identify new opportunities for access, programming, and partnerships
  • Translate business goals into compelling, high-value member experiences

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build and manage relationships with venues, production partners, suppliers, and rights holders
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure favorable commercial terms
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure execution meets brand standards

Financial Ownership

  • Develop and manage budgets

  • Forecast costs, manage margins, and maintain financial discipline

  • Partner with leadership on pricing and commercial models

Execution & Operations

  • Own the full lifecycle of experiences from planning through on-site delivery

  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Operations and Member Experience teams

  • Travel to key events to oversee execution and ensure a best-in-class member experience

  • Establish scalable processes and execution frameworks

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 10+ years of experience in event management, production, luxury hospitality, or curated experience platforms

  • Proven track record of executing high-end, complex experiences

  • Strong vendor network and negotiation experience

  • Experience owning budgets and managing financial performance

  • Detail-oriented with strong operational leadership skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

  • Willingness to travel 25-50%

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
