We are seeking a driven, technically minded Regional Sales Manager who will lead sales growth and dealer development for Franna's pickandcarry crane range across the United States and Canada. As part of Terex, Franna began its North American expansion in 2023, with the launch of the AT24 US model, and followed by the newly introduced FR19 US and AT44 US. The role of the Regional Sales Manager you will hands on "hunter", and you be responsible for all aspects of Franna sales activity across North America. This includes building the brand awareness, educating the market on the pick and carry concept, growing and developing the dealer network, and directly engaging with customers. The successful candidate will spearhead market development for a category that is new to North America requiring a combination of technical understanding, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the tenacity to introduce a new product type into an established heavy equipment landscape. You will have the tenacity and skill to take the Franna brand to the next level. To take on the exciting and challenging role you will need to be able to develop an annual sales plan, identify and target key customers, personally demonstrate the machine, respond to key technical questions, and comfortably discuss with potential buyers the advantages of owning a pick and carry cranes.
