Job Description Summary Pay Range: $24.05 - $30.06 / hour (Based on Experience) Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates only) Role Type: Full-Time / Management-Track Scaffold Foreman (E&D) - Atlanta, GA Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a high-level Scaffold Foreman 2 to lead our Atlanta operations. This isn't just a "tools-on" job; we need a safety-first leader who can manage multiple crews, oversee project schedules, and serve as the Competent Person on-site. Why Join Us? Autonomy: Manage projects from material ordering to final dismantle without constant micro-management. What You'll Do: Supervise and direct up to 3 separate crews (Foreman 1 and Lead levels). Oversee project management: time/schedule management, cost control, and customer communication. Ensure 100% OSHA compliance and conduct site safety inspections. Design various scaffold types and manage inventory flow. What We're Looking For: Location: Must live within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA. Experience: At least 5 years of combined experience in Scaffold Erection & Dismantle (E&D), specifically in lead or foreman roles. Expertise: Deep knowledge of OSHA scaffold regulations and load capacities. Certifications: Valid Driver's License required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus. Physicality: Ability to work safely at heights and lift 40+ lbs. Related experience must be within the Scaffold & Access industry and may include: Certified Scaffold Erector (Sectional/Frame, System, or Tube & Clamp) Scaffold Project Lead or Crew Leader Industrial Scaffolding Foreman Suspended Access / Swing Stage Supervisor Shoring & Forming Foreman Mast Climber Technician/Installer Scaffold Safety Inspector or "Competent Person" Vertical Access Specialist Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 30.06 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
