Sanmina Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is a full-service plastic injection molding, electronics integration and design service facility. Purchasing Administrator

Job Purpose:

The Senior Administrator provides comprehensive clerical, record keeping and operational support to the entire manufacturing facility to ensure office efficiency, handling tasks like scheduling, data entry, record management, and visitor reception, along with any other tasks assigned from the management team. This position reports directly to the materials manager, but works directly with other management teams and assists other departments within the facility.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Payroll coordinator that handles end-to-end processing for a blended workforce (internal staff + temp agencies) Responsible for weekly agency payroll, biweekly corporate payroll submissions, timecard reporting, expense adjustments, and year-end compliance.



  • CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) Security Lead is responsible for overseeing the Visitor Registration System (VRS) to ensure authorized access. Key responsibilities include approving all plant invitations, managing visitor security, ordering visitor labels and handling, or elevating, any unruly visitors. This position is also responsible for maintaining site compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) standards, focusing on physical security, access control, and liaison between local and corporate.



  • Purchasing Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the purchasing department, focusing on inventory management, vendor communication, data management, and report generation.



  • EET (Excess Elimination Tracker) Coordinator completes the weekly reporting on Mondays for the Program Management, Finance and Materials teams.



  • Various tasks assigned by finance and plant management teams.




Compliance and Audit Support Responsibilities:




  • Administrator and Coordinator for ECO/ITAR/DFAR/CMMC (Export Compliance Coordinator, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification.




    • Liaison between plant and corporate



    • Review HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes and assist with classification and collection of data.



    • Write and update TCP (Technical Control Plan) Policy when needed.



    • Handles Conflict Materials requests for account customers



    • Signature Authorization From Completed quarterly



    • Q-Point management for customers.







  • Assists Program Management and Customer Service Department in generating documents needed for NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) COO (Certificates of Origins)



  • M3K Metrics Coordinator




    • Multi-Step Process that compiles data from various departments for submission to the corporate reporting team. This is also a PEX (Performance Excellence Requirement).






Basic Qualifications/ Experience Needed:




  • Education: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.



  • Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.



  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.



  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).



  • Proficiency in Google (Sheets, Slides, Videos, Forms and Docs).



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
